Our group had an awesome time! We visited Bell MTS Place for a show and explored the Children's Museum, which was so fun. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.

The hotel was impeccably clean, and the valet service was efficient and friendly. one valet even remembered our names, making us feel special. On a less positive note, security could be a concern, as another guest accidentally entered my room, highlighting a check-in system flaw. Additionally, there was a disappointing experience with breakfast options, particularly the tofu scramble, which did not meet expectations.

Parking presents a hassle, as the valet service costs extra and limited self-parking spots make things tricky after a long trip. My room's bathroom door didn’t close fully, leading to some awkward moments, and the bed wasn't made properly during cleaning, which is a letdown at this price point. Also, the coffee in the room had a strange taste, diminishing the whole morning routine vibe.
